  • We understand that you may have been facing problems with your subscribed or purchased service or tools for more than 72 hours. In such a case, we are pleased to offer you a partial refund for the remaining days of your monthly subscription, and we can also cancel the service if you prefer. However, we also provide the option of replacing the tools or service with something similar so that you can continue your workflow.   • Must inform us within the next 24 hours of purchase for downloadable products to get a refund if the product not working properly.

When Refund Not-Applicable:

  • For downloadable digital products refund not applicable if the products are working perfectly, and you placed an order by mistake. In these cases, you will get an exchange for other products/services if you have not yet to download them.
  • As a user of group or package tools, you cannot request a refund if one or two devices are not functioning for an extended period or occasionally.
  • You can’t ask for a total paid amount refund three days later of your subscription activation date for any tools or packages.
  • We do not offer a refund for a trial subscription, amount less than 1 Us dollar, or equal to other currency.
  • We do not offer any refunds for bonus tools policy.
  • Refund is not applicable for downloadable & digital licenses key-related products.
  • A refund is not applicable when you violate our terms of conditions & blocked/suspended by the site admin.

Refund Process & Time:

After you request a refund, processing the refund may take 7 to 10 business days. You will receive an email notification on your registered email address regarding the cancellation, suspension, or refund of your membership. The total or partial refund will be credited to your original account. For instance, if you paid through bKash, the refund will be credited to your bKash wallet. If you paid through your card or net banking, the refund will be credited to your card or bank account. The refund amount will be calculated based on your placed order, offer amount, and membership duration, excluding any transaction fees.
